Bah. Ten days on the West Coast have left my complexion in a tizzy. I had to switch up face soaps to something ultra ultra mild because my skin got so dry and irritated (it helped, a lot), but now I'm in payback time. My skin is simultaneously oily, flaky, on the verge of a full-scale break-out (but mercifully that hasn't happened yet), and I've got a zit on my chin. OK, it's a small one, but as it emerged yesterday at work, I swear I could hear it laughing at me. Fucker.

If I had more of a sense of humor about these things, I'd change my avatar to Pizza the Hut. Instead, I give you ASS.

I have to advertise again: dermalogica facials don't upset even my dodgy skin. Of course, allergy is different for everyone. And the last thing you want to do when it's irritated is put NEW stuff on it obviously.

Drink loads of water and try to get enough sleep.
