3) Visited the Compleat Strategist. so much glorious nerdulence in one shop! I almost bought some Warhammer 40K figures just because.

tiny and light. and very fast on boot-up/shut down. windows 7 doesn't seem to be a dog. I still really hate trackpads/trackpoints, though. I won't really put the computer through its paces until I get a mouse attached to it.

mspaint has many brushes! Oh, the shitty art I can now create!

Don't be too quick to write off the trackpoint - it's nice not to have to remove hands from keyboard to move around. It was weird at first, but I really like it now.
