...and I never got around to asking if he had it. Because I'm a fucking idiot sometimes.

Last.FM: PEE

Man, I remember the 7" singles (and then CDs) we got from these guys, back in the day when I was still working at the radio station. *waves cane in air* Some cretin (read: me) lost all of the tapes I had recorded their music on, and for years I could not locate copies (especially of those singles). And now I can get them as FREE DOWNLOADS from Last.FM.

My day has been made.

Here's a link to the first song I can remember hearing by them, Salt Garden.
(I hope that worked).

I have some individual tracks here and there, possibly on cassette tapes. The guys in Sweep the Leg were friends/fans of PEE.

For some reason, I think Kate is a fan as well.

And that reason is because Kate put PEE on a CD she sent me a few months back.

HA. Well, you better go listen to that shit on Last.FM so we can go from VERY LOW to LOW compatibility, you fool. ;-)

It's tough for me to pick a favorite track. Salt Garden, Icarus the Flat-footed Pond Bird, IHOP...

yes, i met them when they were touring with jchurch. very interesting people, very interesting music. parts of it i adore, parts of it i find unlistenable. the joy of electronics is we don't have to listen to the parts we don't like!
