hahaha. The prednisone Hulk-like rage just took its first victim -- the exercise thread at Westeros. I have to be honest -- I cannot stand people who crap all over those of us who prefer or need to go to a gym rather than "exercise outside like Gawd intended." Suck out my farts, you know-it-all know-nothings.

**This is not a slam on those who prefer to run outside. It's awesome that you can. Due to my asthma, I cannot. But I am most certainly not "destroying my body" because I run on a fucking treadmill.

Your and Kat's remarks were totally appropriate. While I prefer outdoor activities to gyms, everyone should do what they want and what they can within their means. And I'm pretty sure it's still healthier to use the treadmill than jog along a busy street in a big city.
