hahaha. The prednisone Hulk-like rage just took its first victim -- the exercise thread at Westeros. I have to be honest -- I cannot stand people who crap all over those of us who prefer or need to go to a gym rather than "exercise outside like Gawd intended." Suck out my farts, you know-it-all know-nothings.

**This is not a slam on those who prefer to run outside. It's awesome that you can. Due to my asthma, I cannot. But I am most certainly not "destroying my body" because I run on a fucking treadmill.

Good Lord. After attending today's 4th of July festivities here in Lansing, I just want these people to move around in ways that don't involve putting food in their mouths. Indoors, outdoors, treadmill, track. Fuck it. It doesn't matter. Just keep moving without eating! Holy crap! I have about 12-15 pounds to lose before I'm in good marathon shape again, but I felt downright svelte in the crowd today.
