this is why you have a snot pot - i find mine works excellently for fending off impending infections. also the usual overdose of emergen-c and zinc and b vitamins. and kombucha. if i think i'm getting sick i'll throw anything at it, and half the time the sheer volume of healthy crap i shove into my system just overwhelms it and it goes whimpering back from whence it came. and you know, fluids, sleep, the usual...
