The cursed condom with -1 to your charisma and a -6 on endurance?

I don't want to think about what a critical failure on THAT roll would mean.

That is awesome.

I am going to guess a problem with prematurity.

It's either that, or sterility.

Weird. Saw that in my blog feed about an hour ago and my first thought was wondering whether you'd find it amusing.

Now I know.

Then I will make damned sure I do not carry this with when I visit your nabe. Then again, it would be an interesting death anecdote...

Perhaps. But how would you tell it?

I'd leave that up to Doug and the other witnesses -- and of course, it would grow in the telling, until my death became legend: martyred because when my bag dropped to the ground it showed "odd," failing on my saving throw.

I fully expect a 5-foot bronze d20 to be placed on my location of matyrdom.

The D12, I always felt, was the neglected stepchild of the dice world. So aesthetically pleasing, felt good in the hand to roll, yet hardly any game ever used it.

This pleases me inordinately, therefore.

One of the DMs who ran our games when I was a freshman in college had the same lament. There were almost no instances in which you rolled a D12 in 2nd Ed DnD. So he came up with a reason for its existence: the oh-so-mature "Schlong Check". At whatever point your (male) character got publicly naked for this first time (which came up with surprising frequency), you were obliged to roll your Schlong Check. The roll was assumed to be a 1-to-1 equivalency to inches...

Many an amusing situation ensued in which a powerful character was humiliated by having a 1-inch dick. Or someone's ego grew out of control by having a footlong.

Love the purse, btw.

I feel obligated to institute Schlong Check rolls in my regular life...
