So, I indulged in a bit of debauchery this weekend. NYComicon, the ever-present Naru-tards, GothLoli, blah blah. Met Glenn Fabry, who illustrated the chapter openers for my friend's debut book/novel. (Buy Early and Often!) The idea that Glenn Fabry and Greg Horn would art a Young Adult series just makes the malevolent, slightly socially unacceptable bits of me sing with joy. Hahah. Anyway, both yagathai and I were surprised to discover that Glenn looks just like his characters. The skin, the hair, the suit, the hands....it was a moment of awesome.

Anyway, the debauchery came in the form of beer, tequila, more beer, pizza for dinner, cheesesteaks for lunch, and then a lot more beer and fried pizza, scotch eggs and fried Mac N Cheese for dinner and a fried Mars bar for dessert. Which was then topped by another round at the Free Bourbon BBQ joint last night, where I had, yes, beer, bourbon and more pig than I really ought to have.

I am not sure how to kick the fat habit, at this point. DOOM.

I like Greg Horn. However Glenn Fabry was the lad who couldn't draw Slaíne for shite (to be fair, only Simon Bisley was ever able to do that.) So I'd be a little bit biased against him.
